Refund Policy

- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking, etc.).

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

- Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition.

- Items not returned within the eligible return window.

- Non-returnable products (e.g., earrings, cosmetics, hygiene items, or personalized products).

- COD shipping charges or return shipping deductions (if applicable).

💳 COD Refunds

If your order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):

- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

- You will be required to share your account details or UPI ID securely via email.

- No deductions or processing delays

- Valid for 6 months
