- If an exchange is not possible, a store credit or refund will be offered.

🛠 Defective or Wrong Item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

2. Include clear images of the product and the shipping label.
3. Our team will arrange a free reverse pickup or guide you for return.
🔄 Return Process

2. Approval: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
3. Inspection & Refund: After the item reaches us and passes quality check, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
💸 Refund Options
- Refund to original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet)
- Store credit (if preferred)
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
📦 Return Shipping
- For damaged, defective, or wrong items: return shipping is free.
- For other returns: Shipping Amount may be deducted from the refund as return shipping cost.
